Mr. Raunak Chandak is a Commerce graduate with extensive expertise in auditing and taxation. He has successfully completed several certification courses from ICAI, including the Diploma in Systems Audit (DISA) in 2012, the Master of Business Finance (MBF) in 2014, the Certificate Course in Concurrent Audit of Banks in 2015, and the Certificate in Co-operative Society & Co-operative Banks Audit in 2012. With a wealth of experience, he has handled Statutory Audits under the Companies Act, 2013, as well as audits for co-operative societies, co-operative banks, and nationalized banks. Additionally, he specializes in Internal Audits and has in-depth knowledge of Direct Taxation and GST-related matters.

CA AKSHAY LADDHA

M.Com, ACA, CFA [Level – II]

Akshay Laddha is a qualified Chartered Accountant (Membership No. 180097) and a postgraduate in Commerce from Nagpur University. He has also cleared Level I and II of the CFA (USA). Before joining the firm, he gained valuable experience in Mumbai, working with IDBI Asset Management Ltd. (IDBI Mutual Fund) in Debt Fund Management and with Pranjal Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd., an investment banking company, in the Debt Syndication division. He has strong expertise in Debt Syndication, Project Finance, and Portfolio Management. Over the years, he has conducted more than 50 bank audits, including Statutory, Concurrent, Revenue, and Management Audits for nationalized banks, co-operative banks, and co-operative societies. Additionally, he oversees audits and ensures compliance with departmental regulations related to Direct and Indirect Tax Laws.
